The Quadratec 81 Amp Alternator is a direct fit replacement for the Wrangler TJ with the 2.5L, 4-cylinder engine. This power plant fits in place of the original alternator without the need to splice or use special brackets. Featuring 100% new construction and factory 363 connector, this is a direct output replacement for 1999-2000, the later 2001 and 2002 had a more powerful 117 Amp alternator, please review your Jeeps electrical requirements prior to changing output to assure the alternator can charge the battery before the high drain devices can draw it down.
