The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 Aluminum Series Front Shocks with CDEV for the Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models are designed and built to improve your vehicle’s outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. The Aluminum Series shock is configured and designed for specific length and tune. For piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications, ICON’S unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent teeth-jarring bottom-outs and controls the suspension when compressing at higher rates of speed. These shocks are completely rebuildable and can be fully re-valved. The CDEV allows for full in-vehicle adjustment of compression settings and active adjustments via the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
